As I was telling you, I am the Officer in Charge of a Task Force Gunnery cycle out here in California. I am going to qualify 36 M1A1 Abrams crews from the California Army National Guard. These soldiers are currently on active duty on a homeland security mission in Tooele Utah. Over the past month, and continuing on until December we will be rotating company sized units into and out of the gunnery cycle.

In order to accomplish this mission, the soldiers from 2BN 2/185 ARMOR, and 1/18 CAV are traveling from Salt Lake City Utah, to Fort Hunter Liggett California to the MPRC for each gunnery cycle . As you can imagine setting up and executing eight different gunnery cycles within three months is quite a undertaking. The high operational tempo places great stress on the limited amount of weapons and vehicles which we were allowed to draw for our mission. "The vehicles which we are using are old and tired and being put through their paces".

I have used MILITEC on my personal weapons and personal vehicle. I have had the opportunity to use your product in my civilian job with the Department of Homeland Security (INS). I know this product works and I know that with the stress of the amount of hours on the engines, and the number of rounds we are putting through the machine guns this product will greatly help us reduce the amount of down time due to failure of the system.

I would like to have the opportunity to utilize your product during the remainder of our gunnery cycle. I would like to try the grease, and the oil additive to evaluate there protective and lubrcating properties during the high demands of tank gunnery.

Our next cycle will begin on October 24 and will continue until December 17 03.

If you could please accomodate, it would be greatly appreciated.
