To Whom It May Concern,
I was unaware of your product until I saw your advertisement in the Infantry Association Magazine. After reading some articles about your product, I decided it would be best if I tried some Militec-1 for my deployment to Iraq (I am a Platoon Leader of an Infantry Platoon). After looking everywhere I could I have been unable to locate anyone who sales it (all this has taken place in less than a weeks time). And with our flight leaving this weekend I am forced to ask for some samples.
If you would be kind enough to send samples to me/my platoon, we would be greatly thankful. And I would be happy to provide feedback of your product.

Mr. Giordani,
I must say I am amazed at your quick response and your eagerness to help. Unfortunately starting tomorrow afternoon and continuing throughout the next month we will be relocating from Ft Bragg into theater.
My daddy always said beggars can't be choosers, but if you could wait until next week and ship the package to my APO address my men and I would be greatly appreciative.
As for the number of men, I have 52 total (that is my 40 + attachments to my PLT).
On behalf of my men, I thank you and your company for supporting us. This is a team fight, from the employers that are letting their citizen soldiers go, to the families, to the businesses like yours that are doing everything they can do to help. THANK YOU.

Next week, as instructed, we will ship a bottle for each man and some larger bottles for refilling and stock. This will be at least a six month supply and please contact us at least 30 days before you start to run low and we will proudly and promptly replenish your stock free of charge.
