Dear Sir or Ma'am,
I am a company commander preparing to deploy to Iraq with the First Infantry Division. I have learned through word of mouth that your Militec-1 weapon lubricant is vastly preferable to the Army standard CLP for weapon maintenance. I'm interested in showing your product to our battalion commander and supply officer in order to persuade them to make a unit purchase, and would appreciate your help with a sample. We will have the opportunity to test your product in the desert environment where we would have a need for your product within the next four weeks. I'm not sure what would be an appropriate size for a unit sample, so I request your help in judging what would work for a unit with approximatley 400 firearms.

Please let me know if you need any further information, or if I should inform my supply officer about any unit package deals you have found other military units to have been satisfied with. Thanks for the help.

Mr. Giordani, Excellent news! I learned about your product from an Army buddy currently leading soldiers in Iraq with the Fourth Infantry Division. He is a company commander who has led troops who put their weapons to the test in combat, and when I asked him what resources we should pursue in order to be ready for our deployment, he named your weapon lubricant as the first item on his list.
I'm very grateful for your support. I think we should receive your shipment in time to take it with us and try out when we first get our boots on the ground in Kuwait. Thanks for working through the red-tape hassles to make this stuff available to units where it really makes a difference.
