Gun lubricant maker battles military

The modest Waldorf offices of MiliTec are an unexpected place to find a company willing to challenge the bureaucracy of the U.S. military. But President Bradley Giordani and Vice President Russell Logan are doing just that.

The two men charge that their MiliTec-1 gun lubricant is the best lubrication product for soldiers currently in Iraq, but that political squabbles between their company and Department of Defense requisitions authorities are making it difficult for troops to acquire it.

Instead, they say, DOD is continuing to push a gun oil that can cause soldiers guns to misfire and jam in harsh desert
